BSI Statement

The quality policy of Van der Velde (Service & Support) Ltd is to:

Consistently supply customers with equipment and services which meet their needs.

Operate a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000.

Maintain records as objective evidence to demonstrate compliance with the Quality Management System.

Ensure all company personnel are fully trained to carry out their assigned tasks.

Review the Quality Management System at planned intervals to ensure it is effective and achieving the stated Quality Policy.

It is a mandatory requirement that personnel at all levels of the company comply with the policy, systems and procedures, as detailed in the Quality Assurance Manual.

This quality policy shall be evaluated as part of the overall review of the Quality Management System to ensure its stated objectives are met.
